Polar Choice has been trading since 2008 formerly Student Connect we manage 22 sites across London and have clients from across the globe.

 

THE SOLUTION

Our business is quite unique in that many of our properties are broken down into bed spaces as opposed to whole properties.  We found it very difficult to find software that would accommodate our unique requirements whilst giving us the tools to manage the house and utilities effectively.  The fact that we could combine Landlord Manager with sage was also meant that we can manage all of our auxiliary services as well as our property management portfolio effectively.  No other software we looked at had this capability.

 

THE BENEFIT

We trialled Landlord Manager for a sustained period our initial thoughts were positive but we need some assistance in finding a way in which it would meet our specific requirements when we were shown the ability to break down the property into rooms (or bed spaces) we knew that we had found a solution to our search for a software provider.

We receive more maintenance calls than most due to the high volume of residents in our sites therefore we needed a software that dealt effectively with the logging of maintenance issues.  The jobs section is superb and really helps keep an effective log.  Everything that we needed to manage our sites effectively was combined simply in one effective GUI making administration a simple task.
