This tour demonstrates how to create a basic tenancy agreement and saving it into a PENDING state where it can be activated once it has been confirmed. Please note changes can be made to all fields whilst the tenancy is in this state.

Once we are happy with our agreement we can activate it. This will then create a charging schedule for the term of the agreement and will also give you the option to post first month’s rent and deposit into Sage. This tour will also give you a quick preview of our very easy to use built in MS word compatible word processor by demonstrating how to print a tenancy agreement at a click of a button.

Tenancy Life Cycle Part 4 – Move the tenant in
This process is carried out the day the tenant moves into the property. Any checklist items you have created for this state will be added to the list such as issuing keys, recording meter readings and printing an inventory report etc.
