Landlord Manager for Sage Instant is supplied with 60 days support with Plus and Professional versions supplied with 12 months support.
All issues are tracked using our powerful issue tracking software that is also used by large organisations such as HP, Skype, Vodafone and Acer to name but a few.
What is covered?
- Telephone Support (covered by submitting a ticket on our Support Suite)
- Email Support (covered by submitting a ticket on our Support Suite)
- Remote assist where we will log onto your computer to resolve your issue
- Access to hundreds of answered questions on the online knowledge base
- Data Repair. Where data has been corrupted we will attempt to fix the problem
- Major and Minor program updates
We aim to respond to all tickets within 8 working hours
Training
Implementation Plan
Our customers tell us our software is very easy to use. Each customer will receive a full online implementation plan that covers everything from configuring Sage with Landlord Manager to training that covers basic data entry to posting financial data into Sage accounts. This is followed up an audit to ensure you are running the software correctly
Off the shelf training
We can provide online training to cover every aspect of the software. Each course is split into 1 or 2 hour sessions and carried out remotely either on the customer's PC or our Training server.
Bespoke Training
In certain circumstances, off-the-shelf training may not suitable. In these cases we can design a training package around your company procedures. We also offer more personal one-to-one training sessions at our offices in Sheffield
