Support is available to all Landlord Manager users with a current support subscription. Check your purchase email to check when your support subscription will expire or click on the round Landlord Manager menu button and select subscription. If your support subscription has expired click here to renew for a further year.

2. Submit a ticket
If you cannot find the answer to your question on our knowledge base you can submit a support ticket and one of our support representitives will reply back with an answer

3. Telephone Assistance
If you are a Landlord Manager Premium or Enterprise you may call our support number on 0114 3600026 to help resolove your issue. Please note telephone assistance is only available on an active support ticket so please always submit a ticket first
4. Remote Assistance
If you have a problem that cannot be resolved on the support suite then we can connect to your computer to solve your problem. Depending on the type of issue or product you are using you may need to purchase a support ticket

5. Online Training Session
Landlord Manager is regarded as very user friendly. Where necessary we can provide online training to help get you started by connecting to your computer on a remote connection then guiding you through getting started with Landlord Manager.
