Landlord Manager for Sage is supplied with 90 days free support, there is the option to continue with support for a monthly fee.
All support issues are tracked using our powerful issue tracking software that is also used by large organisations such as HP, Skype, Vodafone and Acer to name but a few.

Our customers tell us our software is very easy to use. Each customer will receive an online implementation plan that covers everything from configuring Sage with Landlord Manager to training that covers basic data entry to posting financial data into Sage accounts. This is followed up with an online session to ensure you are running the software correctly.
Want a new system without having to start from scratch?
Importing your existing data to Landlord Manager can be quick and easy. Whether you have been working in Excel or you have exported your data from another software package to a CSV file your property and contact records (including tenants, landlords, suppliers and applicants) can be mapped to columns in Landlord Manager.
Off the shelf training
We can provide additional online training (at an extra cost) to cover every aspect of the software. Each course is split into 1 or 2 hour sessions and carried out remotely either on the customers PC or our training server.
In certain circumstances, off-the-shelf training may not be suitable. In these cases we can design a training package to suit your company requirements. We also offer more personal one-to-one training sessions at our offices in Sheffield or onsite at your offices.
Charged on a consultancy basis, we can help with the reconciliation of your bank and ledger accounts. Please contact us for further information.
