My business owns and manages a number of residential properties. In the past the computer system has been a spreadsheet and courtesy of BIC!

Following extensive research into a suitable (easy to understand and operate) computer program the Landlord Manager Premium was chosen.

In the first month of using the Landlord Manager Premium it highlighted rent arrears in excess of £1,000. Fortunately, the arrears have been paid which has resulted in an increase in the month's cash flow and a return of more than five times the cost of the program. It has highlighted a tenant that has missed one month's rent payment and he is 'checking with his bank' - I expect to see the money in the bank account in the very near future.

When there is any change within a business one is never certain what the outcome will be whether for better or worse, however, the staff behind the Landlord Manager program are very helpful (and  patient!)- the chances are that if you run up against a problem you will not be the first to do so and they will correct it and attempt to allay any fears that you have.

Now that a financial year has been input one is able to budget and see how a property is performing against last year. Records are kept and maintained on the property as to what has been done and when so that future works can be scheduled in.

In conclusion, my fellow directors and I, are very pleased with the Landlord Manager Premium for highlighting rent arrears and the ease of using the program. I am very grateful since it has reduced my 'account' work load by 75%.
